EnkiFocus es una app de Android para planificación diaria visual. Podés usar todas sus funciones sin restricciones durante los primeros 14 días desde la instalación, sin tarjeta ni cuenta. Pasado ese período, seguir creando o editando contenido requiere EnkiFocus Pro o el acceso de por vida (ver más abajo); los datos que ya creaste siguen siendo visibles.
La prueba de 14 días es local a cada instalación y no requiere tarjeta de crédito ni cuenta de ningún tipo. Al finalizar, si no tenés una suscripción activa ni el acceso de por vida, la app pasa a modo de solo lectura: podés seguir viendo tus rutinas y tareas, pero no crear ni editar contenido nuevo.
EnkiFocus Pro se ofrece como suscripción mensual (US$2.99) o anual (US$14.99), gestionada enteramente por Google Play Billing. El cobro es inmediato al suscribirte —no hay un período de prueba adicional con tarjeta, ya que la prueba de 14 días descrita arriba cumple ese rol—; la suscripción se renueva automáticamente al precio del plan elegido, y sigue renovándose al final de cada período salvo que la canceles.
Como alternativa a la suscripción, ofrecemos un pago único, no recurrente ("EnkiFocus Lifetime") que desbloquea EnkiFocus Pro de forma permanente para la cuenta de Google con la que se realizó la compra. El precio puede variar con el tiempo (por ejemplo, un precio de lanzamiento por tiempo limitado); el precio pagado en el momento de la compra es el que aplica, sin cambios posteriores.
Podés cancelar en cualquier momento desde Google Play Store → Pagos y suscripciones. Al cancelar, conservás el acceso a Pro hasta el final del período ya pagado; no se cobra el siguiente ciclo.
Los reembolsos se rigen por la política de reembolsos de Google Play, no por EnkiFocus directamente, ya que el pago lo procesa Google.
Ver la política de privacidad — en resumen, tus datos quedan en tu dispositivo, cifrados, y no dependemos de un servidor propio para que la app funcione.
EnkiFocus funciona sin conexión a internet para todas sus funciones principales (no depende de un servidor nuestro). La única función que requiere internet es la validación de la compra de Pro a través de Google Play.
No está permitido realizar ingeniería inversa, redistribuir, ni intentar vulnerar la app o sus mecanismos de suscripción.
EnkiFocus se ofrece "tal cual" ("as is"), sin garantías de ningún tipo. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, no somos responsables por daños indirectos derivados del uso de la app. EnkiFocus es una herramienta de organización personal y no sustituye asesoramiento médico, psicológico o profesional.
Si actualizamos estos términos, cambiamos la fecha de "última actualización" arriba. Cambios importantes se van a anunciar también dentro de la app.
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de la República del Ecuador. Cualquier controversia derivada del uso de EnkiFocus se someterá a los tribunales competentes del Ecuador, sin perjuicio de los derechos que la legislación de protección al consumidor de tu país de residencia te reconozca.

EnkiFocus is an Android app for visual daily planning. You can use every feature without restrictions for the first 14 days after install, no card or account required. After that, creating or editing content requires EnkiFocus Pro or lifetime access (see below); anything you already created stays visible.
The 14-day trial is local to each install and never requires a credit card or any kind of account. Once it ends, if you don't have an active subscription or lifetime access, the app switches to read-only mode: you can keep viewing your routines and tasks, but can't create or edit new content.
EnkiFocus Pro is offered as a monthly (US$2.99) or annual (US$14.99) subscription, handled entirely by Google Play Billing. Billing starts immediately when you subscribe — there's no additional card-based trial period, since the 14-day trial described above already serves that purpose; the subscription renews automatically at the price of the plan you chose, and keeps renewing at the end of each period unless cancelled.
As an alternative to the subscription, we offer a one-time, non-recurring purchase ("EnkiFocus Lifetime") that permanently unlocks EnkiFocus Pro for the Google account that made the purchase. The price may change over time (for example, a time-limited launch price); the price paid at the time of purchase is what applies, with no changes afterward.
You can cancel anytime from Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling keeps Pro access until the end of the period already paid for; the next cycle is not charged.
Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy, not directly by EnkiFocus, since payment is processed by Google.
See the privacy policy — in short, your data stays on your device, encrypted, and the app doesn't depend on a server of ours to function.
EnkiFocus works offline for all of its core features (it doesn't depend on a server of ours). The only feature that requires internet is validating a Pro purchase through Google Play.
Reverse engineering, redistributing, or attempting to circumvent the app or its subscription mechanisms is not permitted.
EnkiFocus is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. EnkiFocus is a personal organization tool and does not substitute for medical, psychological, or professional advice.
If we update these terms, we'll change the "last updated" date above. Significant changes will also be announced inside the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute arising from the use of EnkiFocus shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ecuador, without prejudice to any consumer-protection rights granted by the laws of your country of residence.
